生涯規劃課程 － 領導能力
劉老師給予每位團員擔任領騎的機會，透過領騎體驗，指出領導者有三個不同的層面，各層面有不同的責任和功用，希望我們能將此應用在生活中。
Our teacher - Mr.Liew has taught us a lesson on how to be a good leader. He took cycling as an example: everyone plays an important role in all position. It is always important to have good communication as well as planning.
第十天，單車挑戰已臨近尾聲。今天由宜蘭出發，到了外澳海水浴場 (Wai'ao Beach)，看見一群又一群的沖浪者，與香港截然不同的生活態度。劉佑良老師藉著所看的給我們上了寶貴的一課，儘管香港並不是個讓年青人追夢的地方，但仍要不斷發掘更多的興趣。
We have finished more than half of our journey on day 10. We started cycling in Yilan and passed by Wai'ao Beach (外澳海水浴場). We were inspired by the surfers that we should be more passionate in chasing our dream.
緊接著，我們到了北關海潮公園 (Beiguan Tidal Park) 欣賞沿海的景色，更騎上了三貂角燈塔 (Sandiaojiao Lighthouse)，雖然路程陡峭，但我們全員都一一克服，登上燈塔。
After that, we have rode to Beiguan Tidal Park (北關海潮公園) for sea view. We then reached the Sandiaojiao Lighthouse (三貂角燈塔), all of us have completed the road although it was very steep.
到了下午，我們到達福隆車站 (Fulong station) 稍作休息。
We then had our lunch at Fulong station (福隆車站).
得到了足夠的休息後，再繼續我們的路程，我們去了鼻頭國小參觀及鼻頭角公園 (Bitou Cape Park) ，在機緣巧合下，我們還看見日落的美景呢！
After lunch, we rode to Bitou Cape Park (鼻頭角公園) for rest and beautiful sunset.
