First Physical Training

Different from the previous training session, we didn’t have long bike rides today, yet we have our very first fitness training session! 
Your thigh and your abdomen’s muscles are the key to let you complete the 600km rides, that’s why here comes our first fitness training. 
It was quite tiring, but persistance is our key to get through everything! ?

今天跟以往不一樣,團員們進行的是?地獄式體能訓練!為了令團員們可以捱過600km的路程,大家都必須強化大腿及腹部的肌肉????。雖然過程辛苦,但一起撐過來的回憶,想必是畢生難忘?!
