To prepare a budget account for the boot camp fly and find out the cost that will be incur and the cash flow that we need to collect. Let the treasurer know how much money he need to collect. Also, I need to communicate wait treasurer and make sure all cash outflow is approved. After the event, I need to prepare an actual account which is use to evaluate the financial performance of this event.

一、是要客觀地計算預算，除確保出納員收取的金額是足夠填補支出外，亦要考慮團員的金錢負擔。

  二、是需要與出納員有良好的溝通，要清楚開支用途，確保資金用得其所。
